We help people build careers by fixing how systems work.
Eleven Tenths brings colleges, employers, and communities to the same table to make the system work for the people it's meant to serve.
Bridging the gap between conceptual planning and real-world results.
CORE BELIEF
"Education should meet people where they already are."
How We Deliver Results
We align strategy, curriculum, partnerships, and operations to build workforce systems that perform in the real world.
Strategy & System Design
Designing programs that align with real employer demand. We translate goals into systems that actually deliver outcomes.
Curriculum & Program Development
Simplifying how teams work across tools. Instead of adding platforms, we connect what's already in place.
Partnership & Employer Engagement
Building technical infrastructure that stays stable. From websites and LMS builds to integrations.
Implementation & Operations
Supporting daily operations. Once systems run, we document, maintain, and improve them based on real user behavior.
